Ohio Boy Given H1N1 Vaccine Against Mom's Wishes

OREGON, Ohio — A furious Ohio mother says her 7-year-old son, who has had problems with medications, was vaccinated for swine flu at school against her wishes.

Kim Lutheran works as a nurse and says her son, Matthew, has had bad reactions to medicine. So, she says she signed for "no consent" on a vaccination form and then circled her intentions with a black marker to make things clear to the boy's public school in the Toledo suburb of Oregon.

Who the fuck is some dumb ass teacher or school nurse to bypass the wishes of the parents.A lawsuit isnt the answer,they should grab the nurse that did it,and beat her to death in the parking lot.

I would say someone injecting your kid with a drug against your wishes,is a pretty dam good reason to be upset.I send my child to school to learn,not to be injected with drugs.These same a-holes will demand steroid testing for high school athletes.Pretty amazing.

The person who administered the shot should be punished.  If it's their first time it's a bit different than if they are some slack ass, but then it begs the question why are they still employed?  The scary part is that if they are that lax about checking paperwork, they could administer something to a kid, say penicillin, that the kid is allergic to.  Not sure how much interaction you guys have had with school "nurses" but many of them are the lowest rung of nurses.
