        I know that this might be the wrong board but if it helps I am a competitive amateur kickboxer and I need help with coming up with a weight training routine.  I'm not into the old school thinking of high reps low weight for fear of being muscle bound and all that crap, but I just need a routine that runs prob like 3 days a week, is well rounded and is geared toward someone who boxes.  I've been weight training for 4 years prior but stopped about 2 years ago because of different reasons, so I know my way around the gym.  Over the summer I picked up kickboxing and started to become competitive in that but I would like to start weight training again to improve my power, however I dont know where to start when training for boxing.

        Any help would be appreciated.
