then I did 164 squats with 110lbs, two 55lbs dumbbells because holding the dumbbells up at the shoulders tires my thumbs so I had to quit, for now.
This should build mass together with high carb. reps build mass, low reps and heavy only builds towards hip replacement.

Impressing lifting, how'd you have the energy to do all that?

What did you eat after? 6 apples, 3 oranges, 6kg of rice, 4 chicken, 1 squirrel, 1 dick.......?

havn't eating yet. oat's and rice, mainly. I abandoned fruit for the most part, it's expensive per calorie.

It's mainly due to grains and sounds.

No reason, other than that I have to go out of my way do something that is of no use for me. But I take pics sometimes and post on getbig so I will remember to take of legs for you.

Counting reps and posting them on Getbig makes more sense?
I love the journey as well, but the end result is what matters.
