whats up Nolvadex ?

I just got off a test 500mg & deca 200mg for 10 weeks,I have 5mg nolvadex & 50mg clomid how mini do i take ?

Wait a couple weeks and run the Clomid no need for the Nolvadex now

a good rule of thumb is to run the test 2 weeks past the deca and then start PCT two weeks after last test injection. I dont think I have ever seen nolva in 5mg doses. You will need at least 20mg nolva, or you can run the clomid as low as 25mg for a successful PCT. I would also run an AI like aromasin with it for best results.

2 weeks after last PIN, if you ran 2+ compunds...

Week-1 Nolva 20 a day/clomid 100 a day
Week-2 Nolva 20 a day/clomid 50 a day
Week-3 Nolva 20 a day/clomid 50 a day
Week-4 Nolva 10 a day Clomid 50 a day

Clomid might be enough however if 2+ compounds were ran I would ALWAYS go clomid and nolva..if only using clomid:

Week-1 150 a day
Week-2 100 a day
Week-3 50 a day
Week-4 50 a day

This will bring the marbles back to size good...
