you went from having the best abs in the business and sick conditioning to being obese
did you forget how to diet for a show when you retired?

I never said be in contest shape
he is around 28% bodyfat right now

there is no reason than when you retire you have to look like complete shit, look at Serge Nubret
you can enjoy life and not be obese.
