Honestly...............i t's much easier dieting for a show if i don't get too fat in the offseason (im 260 -270 lbs now and getting fatter every day!)

i get fat easy man..............im not even eating that bad ,it is a trade-off tho
if i stay too lean in the offseason i make no gains in new muscle mass
if i get too fat..............it's a real nitemare getting ready for a show
somewhere in between the two extremes is perfect!

Its mostly for men down here, no matter how good you are at what you do, if you are a woman, theres no real good job for you but yeah, i think most modern girls are studying & working. In my case, i let my wife to stay at home, go out and spend my money and such haha while i work, but i do enjoy my work since its my own business and let the girl own a small share of it
