Title: POST EVERYTHING THAT YOU EAT/DRINK TOMORROW

Go through your day as you normally would...and then post up EVERYTHING that you eat/drink. 
And be completely honest no matter what it is!!  No lying!!!

I betcha $100 that it'll make you feel more accountable and you'll eat better because of it.  I'll do it tomorrow, and I know I will.   ;D

I take it one day at a time

the biggest thing for me was a healthy breakfast with a good multivitamin

because I am in the New England area and it's snowing  >:( I take an extra C with lunch

I follow the old adage

Eat breakfast like an Emporer

lunch like a King

and Supper like a pauper

completly honest...ok....

3:30 am multigrain english muffin, and 6oz of egg beaters

6am medium Gala apple, and 22 raw almonds

9am 1cup of brown rice, 6oz of mixed lean ground beef and chicken.  (getting rid of what i had left over)  with some hot sauze

12:30 1scoop of ON 100% Gold Standard Whey mixed in oz of water, and a multigrain english muffin with tbs of natural peanut butter (I forgot to buy oatmeal last nigh...:()

i still have two more meals left.

About a quart of black coffee with equal
1 cup oats in water with equal
3-4 TBs natural PB
2 scoops whey powder with water.

chicken, rice pasta, brocolli, avacado aprox 12 oz total

10 oz chicken, 1/4 avacodo, 1/2 sweet potato, a small bit more veggies.

1/2 cup almonds. small protien bar

2 itallian beef sandwichs maybe 12-14 oz meat, with chesse on kiaser rolls

later before bed will have 4 tbs natural PB and another small protien bar.

drank 1/2 gallon of water, 1/2 gallon crystal lite and the fore mentioned coffee.

Thats how i do it "offseason"  On season will cut out any kind of bread, pasta, protien bars, cheese and less PB, that and some fat burner is all it takes.

11AM 1 large cup tomato soup with jack cheese

1 PM Lunch was grilled chicken and veggies with tamari sauce and jack cheese over a bed of lettuce

4 PM Same as lunch - grilled chicken and veggies with tamari and jack cheese over lettuce

6:30 PM PBJ sammich with ezekial bread, organic PB, and low sugar jelly

(I did 25 mins cardio)

9 PM big protein shake with 1 cup skim milk and 2 tbsp organic PB

 
That is a REALLY good off-season day for me.  Recently, I have been having shit food for breakfast just about every day of the week, and usually something junkier for lunch.

I'm still hungry.   :P

Because everyone cares so much about what Arnold jr. eats on a typical day...if you don't you should, so try to pay attention, lol!

Meal 1: 6 whole eggs & 4 egg whites (omega eggs)

Meal 2: 8-10oz chicken, prob about a cup of cashewes

Meal 3: Drank 3cups of liquid egg whites, 3tbsp of natural PB

Meal 4: Same as meal 2 with a small cup rice

Meal 5: protein shake with 8oz milk, 2tbsp PB, and around 40g dextrose powder

Meal 6: Will eat this in a few min...same as meal 1...maybe a little PB too.

Gallon of water minimum every day...4 coke zero's...usually Diet Dr. Pepper, but those zero's, especially the cherry one are the magic sauce right now!

Meal 1: 15 egg whites, coffee, protein shake, bagel , sugar free lemonade

2 hr workout

Meal 2: Sushi w diet coke

Meal 3: Filet Mignon with potato and veggies sugar free lemonade

Meal 4: protein shake, handful of almonds

Meal 5: steak and lobster with salad  2 diet cokes

Meal 6: cucumbers, avacado, carrots, olive oil mixed with vinegar and garlic and a  protein shake to wash it down

I am having one more meal

Today I had:

6:00am:  bowl of cheerios with skim milk
8:30am:  egg whites with turkey, spinach and tomatoes
12:30pm: 1/2 chicken fajita omlete from IHOP (chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, salsa and a lil bit of salsa)  1 and 1/2 harvest grain and nut pancakes (I only ate 1/2 a stack of 3 pancakes, no butter and a lil syrup)

I plan on pigging out tonight because I can't have anything to eat after midnight  :-\ and won't be able to eat again til tomorrow late afternoon (and that's a maybe depending on how my throat feels after the surgery).

ok, here it is (don't tell Shane I had sf/ff jello though or i will get yerlled at)

-1 scoop protein w/ 1 T. instant coffee and 1/2 cup egg whites (about 6)

Fun Fun Fun...no fish today which is sad because I LOVE orange roughy with Malt Vinegar...just ran out and need to get some more.  How in the world does Sam's club run out of Orange Roughy of all things?  If you are wondering about today it is exactly the same but move the turkey down to meal 2.  If you want to know what is keeping me sane it is the thought of peanut butter and almond butter and cashews tomorrow (Stella how in the world did you have 1 cashew?????)....and the sweetness that I get from my boyfriend.  God he has been so great to me lately, even when I am completely mental.

That's a decent amount of food.  I'll have to try the orange roughy and malt vinegar, that sounds pretty damn good.

well I write it down because I'm on weight watchers...

after weigh in on Saturday ( I dont eat before my 10am weigh in..

Had a yogurt and 1 cup of 2percent milk for late breakfast

For lunch, 1 grilled chicken breast and steamed corn

4 cheetos (hard not to when your 2 and half year old says mommy I share)

for dinner salad with 3 oz of red meat cooked medium

snack at 7pm was cottage cheese cup

I did 50 minutes of cardio( I wasnt gonna go to gym on Sunday, but it's Sunday and I just got back)

2 multi vit and 3 fish oil vitamins

2 gallons of water


When I got weighed on Saturday, I reached loosing 10 percent body weight (no I'm not gonna say how much that is but lets say its alot). I have a long road ahead of me, but I feel great and when people come up to you at the  gym saying wow you look great).

For Sunday

I woke up 1 cup of coffee with sugar free french vanilla and 2 equals,

gym for 45 minutes of cardio, I'm up to running 25 min straight (considering up until feb 8th of this year it had been three years since I was at the gym)

Came home, hid the eggs in front yard for my princess. After that I ate one hard boiled egg and 1 piece of wheat toast w.tsp of natural peanut butter ( and yes that made me very full)

took one multi and fish oil vitamin

Im allowed 30 pts a day but I eat about 16, today I only ate 13. And I ate alot. I'm very strict when I loose weight. Great job, I can just here it in your words that you are gonna make it!  This will be a new way of life for you.  Since you are working hard and are seeing results you are motivated and making great progress.

Now there be a time ahead when you get stuck or stale just make some adjustments as needed.  Now I'm gonna say something you might not like right now, don't be so concerned with the scale now, it can become detrimental.  It may be so that you can eat a little more, you do not want to sacrifice your lean body mass.  Look you are doing a great job and sound pretty smart about it, just remember you are in this for the long haul.


Are you weight training?  If not you should be, put equal emphasis on the cardio and the weights.  Use how you clothes are fitting as your guide.

No I have no problem with weight watchers as it is working for you and that is great!  Just start to work in the weights you will raise your BMR (the rate a which you burn calories just sitting there)  Do it slowly, I'm telling you you will need to do this for the long run.  I suggest your goal is to blow weight watchers personnel away and come in there one day heavier but in better shape than ever, cause you will have more lean body mass and stronger bones.  If they say "hey you went up 2 pounds" after eating right and gaining some muscle you can tell them "cool I'm building some muscle cause my pants are fitting in the waist just as lose still."

Your on a roll now just keep it up and think about what the knowledgable people are telling you and take your time and figure things out for yourself.  Remember this is for the long haul, the rest of your life.
