6 AM coffee with skim milk and equal
8 AM one omega egg, one cup egg whites, 1/2 cup oats...extra large coffee with skim milk and equal
11AM 1 large cup tomato soup with jack cheese
1 PM Lunch was grilled chicken and veggies with tamari sauce and jack cheese over a bed of lettuce
4 PM Same as lunch - grilled chicken and veggies with tamari and jack cheese over lettuce
6:30 PM PBJ sammich with ezekial bread, organic PB, and low sugar jelly
(I did 25 mins cardio)
9 PM big protein shake with 1 cup skim milk and 2 tbsp organic PB

Because everyone cares so much about what Arnold jr. eats on a typical day...if you don't you should, so try to pay attention, lol!
Meal 1: 6 whole eggs & 4 egg whites (omega eggs)
Meal 2: 8-10oz chicken, prob about a cup of cashewes
Meal 3: Drank 3cups of liquid egg whites, 3tbsp of natural PB
Meal 4: Same as meal 2 with a small cup rice
Meal 5: protein shake with 8oz milk, 2tbsp PB, and around 40g dextrose powder
Meal 6: Will eat this in a few min...same as meal 1...maybe a little PB too.
Gallon of water minimum every day...4 coke zero's...usually Diet Dr. Pepper, but those zero's, especially the cherry one are the magic sauce right now!

-6 oz. chicken breast with frank red hot wings sauce (no carbs and it is awesome)
- 6 oz. chicken breast with mustard and 1 cup veggies (green beans and aspargus)
- 6 oz. ground turkey with mustard and pickles and 1 cup veggies (green beens and asparagus)
-sf/ff lemon-lime jello, 2 servings...20 calories
- 1 scoop whey with 1/2 cup egg whites
I did have 1 diet soda and probably 6-8 pieces of gum...hmm I am sure over a gallon of water and a medium black coffee
Fun Fun Fun...no fish today which is sad because I LOVE orange roughy with Malt Vinegar...just ran out and need to get some more. How in the world does Sam's club run out of Orange Roughy of all things? If you are wondering about today it is exactly the same but move the turkey down to meal 2. If you want to know what is keeping me sane it is the thought of peanut butter and almond butter and cashews tomorrow (Stella how in the world did you have 1 cashew?????)....and the sweetness that I get from my boyfriend. God he has been so great to me lately, even when I am completely mental.

It started out with a Spicy Baconator..............
When I got weighed on Saturday, I reached loosing 10 percent body weight (no I'm not gonna say how much that is but lets say its alot). I have a long road ahead of me, but I feel great and when people come up to you at the gym saying wow you look great).
ok I wont post every meal but for lunch I had 4 oz grilled chicken breast, raw carrots, and a yogurt with 20 oz of water
oh I sure do.I do it through my tracker on weight watchers, I showed the group leader, she thinks I don't eat enough, but she knows I am not starving myself. Im allowed 30 pts a day but I eat about 16, today I only ate 13. And I ate alot. I'm very strict when I loose weight. For dinner, had a can of tuna with tsp of mayo, steamed green beans and a tomato sliced up. Yes it sounds boring but I like it.
I know about weight training and goes against what most here think. My daughters dad is a national competitor and he states the same thing as you do love2hurt. For now, I am sticking with cardio. I know most (not that it matters) dont agree with weight watchers, because they go by the scale, but they dont shove their products down your throat and the meetings are rather helpful.
No I have no problem with weight watchers as it is working for you and that is great! Just start to work in the weights you will raise your BMR (the rate a which you burn calories just sitting there) Do it slowly, I'm telling you you will need to do this for the long run. I suggest your goal is to blow weight watchers personnel away and come in there one day heavier but in better shape than ever, cause you will have more lean body mass and stronger bones. If they say "hey you went up 2 pounds" after eating right and gaining some muscle you can tell them "cool I'm building some muscle cause my pants are fitting in the waist just as lose still."
Your on a roll now just keep it up and think about what the knowledgable people are telling you and take your time and figure things out for yourself. Remember this is for the long haul, the rest of your life.
