I think some of the customization to the house will make it hard to sell. The car lift in the garage is cool but I'd imagine it wouldn't appeal to most people looking for a waterfront property in that price range. If it is really his in laws selling the house he's going to have to bite his tongue a bit about how low the price goes so he doesn't offend his wife.
