A murderous duo accused of killing an elderly couple in Utah and shooting a woman in Nevada has been caught after an eagle-eyed rancher spotted them from his plane and alerted authorities.
The crime spree started when the pair, identified as Logan McFarland, 24, and Angela Atwood, 25, tried to snatch a woman's car at gunpoint outside a casino in West Wendover, Nev., at around 7 a.m. Saturday, authorities said.
Atwood hopped in the car with the driver, Rattana Lirange, 35, while her accomplice McFarland followed closely behind in another car, cops told Salt Lake City's Deseret News.
Lirange, a bodybuilder who owns Animal House gym in West Wendover, overpowered her captor and tried to flee, but was shot point blank in the head, police said.
Lirange survived the blast and managed to drive herself to a local police station for help, authorities said. She was later flown by helicopter to a Salt Lake City area hospital, where she underwent surgery and is recovering from her wounds.

on new year's evening i got assaulted by a group of thug youths and they smashed a bottle on my head (at least one) i had to go to the hospital to get it sewed
i'm so pissed off being a bodybuilder didn't pay off
i could not fight back at all since they were rushing me all together weilding bottles
my girlfriend was very upset when i told her i wasnt able to fight back. she said it's like i don't have a liver
i hope i will recover :-\
should have hired wiggs as bodyguard :-\

About 18 years ago i was at a New Years Eve Bash on the beach at Phillip Island Melbourne, there was a huge group of people, shortly before midnight random people started throwing full bottles of beer high up in the air, one landed on my head and cut it open, I was too wasted at the time, but there was a lot of bleeding, I cleaned myself up, partied on, but the next day, my head was a mess, throbbed for a week i think. Sorry to hear of your beatdown

Law of rules in the streets, unfortunately there aren't any. If you lose going up against that many plus with weapons, living that all by yourself to tell the story the next day is a battle won on your end. But never let your emotions take over because it'll just weaken your mind more and set in nothing but fear.

I was in Caesars Palace New Years day and she was sitting right next to me on my left while the short trailer park fella kept telling her to double down at the blackjack table. He was spastic and finally he said,"they're cheating let's go!". I was thinking how is this trailer park guy giving her all this money. She was flirty with me too ;)
