I think OTH measured what he measured. Each person is going to look different, even if they are the same bodyfat. That other guy has more muscle than OTH, and is doing a most muscular pose.

If he wasn't at 3% then he was damn close to it.
Hes nowhere near 3% FFS.

10 minutes high intensity stationary bike.
6 sets leg press, six sets leg curls

first 5 or 6 minutes to warm up then increase the tension up to around 18  then go to failure,usually about 4 or 5 mins does it.

Intervals work best for me. after warm-up 30-45 sec sprints, 60-90 sec rest, 3-4 x

My legs dont really grow much these days but I am managing to keep the size with my current workout.
I dont want big chaffing thighs anyway, you look a fuckin idiot in trousers.

TBH, it is not even important what percentage I am in that pic because I will be leaner anyway in a few weeks time and I will surpass my all time leaness.

Now I will address this issue one more time and for the last time, Calipers always score way less then that digital fat % and they score the lowest, anyone who has used them would know this.

Now is it accurate, I would probably say no but nevertheless you guys know my integrity and know how the last thing I would do here is lie to you guys about anything.

Having said that, I had a skinfold test that day and the numbers came to the high 3% and I also had one the week prior were it showed 4 and the week prior were it showed 5 so take it with a grain of salt, what do you want me to do? lie about what was shown on the caliper  ??? this is the last I speak on this matter.

So everything in the past will count for nothing as of now. Would like to say thanks to everyone here for support, you guys are great, this thread has gave me motivation to push forwards because of the people here who have faith that I will deliver and I will deliver, maybe not the best or biggest physique but a very ripped one like I promised  ;)

As for UKmetheselah, do your worse bro I am done with you, I will let public opinion crucify you as it has done so, 50 years old  ??? grow up brother, go out, do something, get laid, have a beer at the bar, don`t let your 24 hour 7 day a week in front of the computer consume your ass, stop spreading your misery and negativity.  :-\
