Well excellent question, here is my thoughts, I will push hard to eat as clean as possible but still eat like a monster 4000 plus calories but 350 grams of carbs and 350 grams of protein.

So I can not see myself getting fat from this, as I Weigh 213 right now and still pretty shredded, I actually feel leaner then when I was 213 on the way down, so we will maintain for 6 weeks but then I will gain 20lb on a 6 week slin protocol then drop the slin for 6 weeks, drop 10 lb and do another 6 weeks slin protocol and gain 15 lb, mild dose post workout only to test the waters.

So I might hit 240lb again but I guarantee it will be still with faded abs and not fat, keep in mind this is all for my national qualifier in JUNE which might put me at 210-215lb on stage

You have just come down from 246 a bloated mess, you now seem to think you can get back to 240 with abs?
Then miraculously step on stage with 15lb more muscle than you have now in June next year after not gaining anything muscle wise in the last 5 years.

Oh I know people will jump on me for this but who cares, got to keep it real.

this dude seriously looks like he is 165lb, look at his chest, flat as a board, his legs and arms are bean poles, he looks 30lb minimum under the weight hew claims, he is lean and looks good but he has no bulge to any of his muscles, no pop, flat, stringy, skinny looking muscle.

90kilo(198lbs) light heavy back in 96.
Im always going to be a light heavy, I don't have the genetics to be a heavyweight.
OTH should come to terms with that fact as well.

ya but the difference is everyone that sees me everywhere I go asks me if I am 230.

The day I took pics a guy at the gym asked me if I was 240lb and I said no, I am 206 lb and like 3 others there where like, no fucken way I am 206.

The next day at the bvodybuilding show, tons of people kept asking me my weight and not one thought I was less then 220lb, in person I always looked 20-30lb heavier, and no body ever believes me when I tell them my weight.

you are exact opposite, you look skinny in all pics from every angle, easily look 20 lb less, you look 180 at the very most in some pics and in others you look like you are 165lb

I think ukjeff is getting really mad when people don't fall over his build. He does look excellent for a 50 yo granted. I am sure he understands a lot etc etc .. but to criticize OTH is childish because that guy is honest, decent and inspiring. So why pick on him and not praise?

You need to get down to light heavy to be competitive.

oth , whens that contest?

why not keep the shredddness, add little bit gh and somewhat increase the dosage on steroids, pretty much same dieting, and then some weeks before contest going off the gh, this would bring couple lbs of pure muscle and spare you the effort or bulking and then dieting again.

the water from the gh would make sure you have the extra power for workouts,all while staying shredded

just a suggestion :D
we will see but 25lb out from contest is not blowing up off season, certainly no where near where I was

the show is not until june 2014, long way away to keep conditioning like this, I only know one guy who can do it, some crazy dude from getbig name galeniko  ;D

But maintaining close to contest level leanness until June next year will not allow him to slab on the mass it takes to place top tier at his shows. Just keeping things disciplined and decently lean is best I think, besides who want to be be a grouchy bastard all year round for the sake of six pack?  ;)
