I go all meat with uncooked veggies for 2 weeks then eat clean 2 weeks with a little carbs then rinse repeat gets 10 pounds off of pure fat in a month.....stay 10-12% bf at sub 10 I have to starve drink a lot of hot tea with lemon and salty sunflower seeds eat once a day and feel like shit low blood sugar weak tired

My dumb advice:

First - mentally commit to this.  And by that, I mean do everything around fat loss, and don't give a flying fuck about worrying about muscle retention or the whole 1b a week thing.  If you eat your protein and lift weights, you will be just fine.    You'll probably hit that three week period where you feel weak and small, but you have to get through it.

Personally, I feel if you do this, mix in HIT, tons of cardio, and not eating, you can get there way before 4 months.

to be fair this is how it goes

i normally add cardio in after traning normally on stationary bike

i struggle to run because of back issues

i start at 15 mins then add 5 mins a week untill im up to 45 mins

im going gluten free on this one

bread and pizzas are my achilles heel

breakfast is usually eggs

lunch is salad

tea is chicken or tuna and rice

i then have a spoonful of natural peanut butter at night before i sleep

Sounds like you'll be hungry, but it's a great start.

If you can't run, do your weight training circuit style, or 333386 style with supersets, giant sets etc.  You could key on one of the big lifts at normal pace, like 5x5 for squats/bench/DL then just go fast on the others.

i was actually thinking this

doing 3 whole body circuits a week with one proper isolated weight training session on one body part

resting less than a minute between sets

only problem is i will have to put up with the new years resolution crowd sat  texting everywhere betwe4en half hearted light sets

After meals, take your fingers, or toothbrush, and put them down your throat. Once you start puking, let it all out, then make sure to brush your teeth. You'll be ripped in no time bro.

What has always worked the best for me was working into the diet slow,
1rst week-Sun-eat what you want, Mon,Tue-eat healthy, Wed-eat what you want, Thur,Fri-eat healthy, Sat-eat what you want.
2nd week everything the same except on Wed split half what you want half healthy.
3rd week Mon-Fri healthy, Sat and Sunday what you want.

...and so on...I personally leave one day a week for eating what ever I want.

Slowly eliminate crap from your diet until you are eating clean

Drink a ton of water daily, then drink some more

Keep portions small

Never eat carbs (alone) by themselves

If training early in the day,eat no carbs before training

Keep protein at 1-1.5 grams per pound of LEAN bodyweight

Take a fibre supplement

Keep carbs moderate,fats low,water high,and protein high

Train with moderate weights, with short rest periods.......keep moving, get in,then get out

DO NOT listen to Showstoppa  ;)

Honestly.....vegetables are underrated.

They honestly do help you feel full......even eating a big salad will help you feel stuffed. It's a mindfuck, and a healthy one at that.

The 50-250 calories of dressing won't hurt either......just some fat that you need.

Make them your friend at every meal....plus snacks. You'll feel a difference and look better.

No bottle dressings. Extra virgin olive oil, balsmatic vinegar and a little lemon

As do I. However they become an acquired taste so you just have to be patient.

A spinach salad with onions, tomatoes, and peppers cut up with some cheese and dressing can be delicious.

I wouldn't worry too much about bottled dressings....unless you are in the final stages of a contest prep it's not enough calories to panic about.....and it can make all the difference in the world when eating veggies.

I was at a buddy's house who is a true Italian, and he cooked a ton of food.  So I stared with about 30 shrimp and four stuffed mushrooms, then ate homemade ravoli and meatballs.

Guy had a keg of Sam Adams, an new beer he got early since we know a guy who owns a liquor store.  Was drinking that and lost count. Had a couple shots of limoncello, that were just handed to me while I was talking and didn't think much of it.   Then he opened a special Anchor Steam holiday beer, and a 14% bourbon beer to try.   After that, I felt a little shitty, so I  went to the bathroom and puked my guts out but nobody knew.  That's was about 10 o'clock.

Then, my dumbass just went back and started on the keg again, then a couple shots of grey goose at midnight, then a bunch of prosecco after midnight.

Probably should have just started with Goose or bourbon, and stayed with that.

Mushrooms, on the other hand, are fantastic, but not ideal for groups, or amsterdam.

Looks like booze it is.....won't hurt your progress if only three days.

But I am sure that if you add some (not a lot) carbs then you help your body to prevent that hungry feeling.

If you add 2 slices of Ezekiel bread in that meal that you post, you have a more complete meal.

Or maybe I am the strange guy because i never cut down all my carbs :)

We are different people, so our bodies functioning in an other way.

When I was trying to cycle my carbs, the low carb day i had this terrible hungry feeling and i was trying mentally to not cheat.

I found that if I eat carbs all day long, equally separated at my meals, my body works better. I even had carbs at my last meal at 10-11 pm. every night!!! The key that I use is morning cardio. That's a famous strategy for many Greek trainers, including the trainer of Michalis Kefalianos.

So, at the gym that I work when some client asks for further help I always tell them that they don't have to afraid carbs or at least the "good" carbs. Some of them have very nice results!!!

what sources of carbs did you eat

Rice, potato, sweet potato, oats, banana or pineapple and very rare pasta (not the gluten free, or the whole wheat, the regular). Occasionally and only during winter / bulking period I also eat  whole wheat bread, something like Ezekiel bread, but we don't have exactly this product here in Greece.

The funny shit is that in the US and in other countries you have so many "clean" products to help you maintain a diet without the cravings of taste. I mean simple things like non fat - sugar free ketchup, or that perfect tomato & basil Walden Farms sauce or gluten - sugar - fat free candies or even fat free cheese...

Yes, Chrio seems to be an excellent source of info on this subject.  I messed with a prohormone twice - it was called 19 nor 3 andro, but the second time I threw it out 2 weeks in.  The first one I used the whole bottle.  Over a decade ago, I think.

I probably didn't even get close to the target.  My day got sidetracked after six, and I didn't eat any more - was going to have a burger and stuff or something.

Eggs, avocado, tomato, blueberry/blackberry
Cup of oats, whey, frozen fruit peanut butter
Chipotle burrito bowl with brown rice, blackbeans, chicken, guacamole
Brownie
Chocolate milk, whey, banana, almond butter
Large meatball sub
4 Bulliet bourbon

So easy to eat well in California:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs over grilled kale/beet salad with roasted potato -$12

Lunch:  seared near raw tuna with grilled Brussel sprout/broccoli/mushrooms, kale salad - $11

We don't have these options so readily available on the east coast.  But if I lived here,  I wouldn't be eating in restaurants every meal either.

5 x sets rear delt machine

3 x sets of dumbell side laterals

2 sets machine shrugs(yes i am a girl Chaos)

bfast - 2 slice wholemeal toast with organic peanut butter

lunch - 4 whole eggs, cheese and cucumber

What time is Tea Time?  Also, the four eggs and cucumber fill you up?  I understand you are dieting, but are you using anything other than willpower to handle that?

Respect for you, sticking to a training and diet regime with a busy job and a family to support and look after. A lot of guys I know say they never get time to go to the gym and especially to "eat clean".
I thought it was hectic for me trying to balance study, work, training and food but this puts it into perspective for me.
