no i use only .com.cn- is that what you meant? you'll see what i mean about gh when in that thread we went back and forth. and i'll give you a tip, so that you wont end up like your friends who are showing up flat and stringy dieting on gh- i was going to tell you there but you guys were so adamant i was wrong that i didnt bother - keep your cals high (and by cals up the carbs, keep the protein the same) when your prepping- way higher during your prep than you normally would. keep cardio high intensity for 20 min post workout- if you find your fat loss stalling out towards the end bump it up- but this shouldnt be the case. for some reason, and i dont know why or how it works, gh works better for lean tissue gain and fat loss when you dont diet on it strictly as opposed to when you do. you'll stay fuller, and be leaner if you up your cals a bit. you'll see what i mean. good luck.
