for 2 reasons it is
1 you get comfortable with being sloppy and the idea and effort to get ripped seems an afterthought over time.
2 you don't make the strength or size gains you think you were going to make to make a huge difference'only top pro's \amateurs WITH ELABORATE DRUG/EATING PLANS NON STOP CAN PULL IT OFF..
