ATTN: pro bodybuilders - Learn how to Pose - Presentation all- time low

Kevin Levorne, Flex , Arnold , Lee haney , Shawn Ray , Dorian

Their Presentation was Bodybuilding and entertaining - CURRENTLY  Bodybuilding has turned into a guest posing and forgetting to hitting the mandatory poses.

 Prejudging - HIT THE POSE - should not take all day for you to hit your pose - you Pose all the time -ha ha

Poses - You hire a trainer - SO hire someone to help you pose - please

Judges- be clear on what is acceptable - ( prejudging and free posing)

90 second round - Free posing - do your tricks then....


Presentation - should be Professional .... Smile / stop growling at me and slapping your self in the mandatory rounds.. Stick to Professional Presentation and do the rest in your Night time Routine..

 Believe this - I am not the only one who feels this way.... Constructive criticism from people buying tickets

everybody tries to hit the pose last so they will be the one noticed

this turns into about 15 seconds of 4 people getting ready for a back double bi

In the 3rd photo down, Toney looks way harder than Victor. Victor looked a bit smooth ,as usual, to me.

Adipo.  How did Toney do? Oh wait you didn't pass on the info I posted.  Oh yeah.  Dave is a genius and managed to fuck up Toney for the show.  Boo hoo buddy.  Time for Toney to leave Palumbo.  He's no good for him

MOS, how did Dave fuck up Toney. Toney was one of the top 3 most in condition up there.
