Depends on the woman. My wife is 50+ and looks fantastic. I have a friend who is 50+ and is basically 4 weeks away from stage-ready for fitness all year long. They all aren't disgusting. You need to find the ones with good genes.

What do the husbands look like? As we all know many peoples give a shit meters often turn off when they get to a certain age (work, kids etc take priority). Just walk a beach to realize my point. Also there is definitely a weight problem that crosses generational lines.

There are more sexy women over 50 than ever. 99% of them have already fulfilled their biological reason for being (i.e. had kids) and fuck for pleasure sake only. To me, that type of woman is much preferred. If you take a 50+ woman out on a date 95% of them will fuck you before the night is over.

I stopped training crazy heavy when I stopped competing in my early 20's. Around your age but so far have not needed viagra and love to work out more then ever. I don't eat out much which helps with the diet and actually eat better now than when I was powerlifting because there is a lot more diet info available on the internet..along with porn. :D I think the key is to keep your metabolism up with HIT or fast circuit workouts.
