here are some before and after shots 1st we have the upstairs bathroom and hallway area. had to cut out a doorway entrance on the right next to the bathroom door and fix some of the rotted flooring and a shitload of painint
inside of bathroom , had to cut out ceilieng you see the electrical wires very old stuff, the celeings where less that 6feet6! very old house richard nixon used to live here. gets alot of rent

yeah .. they tend to do that . I actually know some cool docs ... My dad had a tennis club during the 80's inside the yard/park of the biggest hospital in Galati ... I grew up there ..

yes even shit hardwood floors can be painted and coverd with polyeurathane, but i wouldnt reccomend it cause it cracks but it turned out ok a really stands out looks very good, usually have to recoat once a year.

I actually think that this kindof work is much more rewarding than a corporate job where everyone is working you behind your back, the boss is sclavingyou, you try to cut corners, stress and shit ..

sorry but u dont have to work that much, all u gotta do is buy a cheap house fix it up yourself and rent it out , and the house u should aim for should pay itself off in ten years with the rent you get per month and yearly
