Sounds like a great healthy diet bud,but I have gotta` eat me some beef.
I began to ask myself, "Why do I need to eat this steak or hamburger?" I really didn't have a justified reason, except, "Well, it tasted good."
That was not a strong enough justification to eat a hamburger.
But, I do miss the concept of a "hamburger." I did enjoy eating a hamburger with tomatoes, onions, and cheese on a potato bun. I can replace the potato bun with a whole wheat bun and keep the same vegetables--I have to find a good alternative to a hamburger. Perhaps Ill look into veggie hamburgers.
