abs are fading fast, but who the fuck cares, Ill get em back at the end of summer....thnx to tren, mast and prop combo!! mmm
But for now, clean food.....and maybe subway and quiznoss a few times a week...what will it take for me to get about 10%, not as easy as many think right, esp. with clean cals? Abs will come back, right? Up to 166 from 150.......gettng stronger too....thanks boys, any other insight? Sorry Ive been so hard headed but its a mental strggle seeing the abs go from a diced 6 pack to barely two....why are they the first to go?
