To be honest I never thought that Kai would attain the physique that he has...I thought he was way too small and would never be able to get big enough to compete with the big guys.....
all grapefruit jokes aside, Kai deserves big time props for his hard work

People please...if you don't have the genetics for it, don't use steroids. ;)

Most people taking steroids have shitting genetics anyway. Kai is a genetic marvel who finally got his hands on the right stack and...BOOM!

no fools......he was not "natural " there......as much as you like to convince yourselves that he was, and that if you just keep giving maximum effort in the gym and getting your meals in that one day you may look similar to that without the use of anabolics and peptides........not going to happen, you sound silly, and are lying to yourselves

he no doubt upped the dose, but i think alot of what was going on at the time of the first photo wsa his chaotic lifestyle at the time....stripping, g4p, emotional problems, financial problems,.....the late nights and the drama probably detracted from his full potential.....then oscar arden got ahold of him, he got a sponsership so he was able to get better shit.....saw that he had yet to fulfill his genetic potential.....put him on the right schedule and the right chemical protocols, and he started making the gains he was capable of

nice try douche, but it is compleatly irrelevant how i look....i could be 350lbs. fatty with cankles and still be correct in everything i said......knowledge on a particular sport is not directly proportional to ones acheivement in that sport......you know like how lonnie terper is a jewish schmoe but probably knows more about bodybuilding then everyone on this board combined......or any other sport where the the coach is and old fat white guy.
i know you thought you really zinged me there, and if it makes you feel better tell youself that im some shitty looking guy sitting in my moms basement.......but you are a douche.....with an oiled up muscleman in your avatatr;) ;) ;)

2006 Colorado Pro-Phil Heath 1st, Kai Green 14th. Now Kai is vying for top spot at the Mr. O and Arnold. Shows you what upping the dosage and great genes can do.

Steve Blechyman used to have Kai in a lot of his "All Natural Muscular Dystrophy" mags years ago. They were packed with EAS and TWinlab ads.
He swore that all of the models were natural.
The Phillips brothers from EAS were in those mags quite a bit. I still have some of those copies. Used to write all about the evils of juice and how important it was to be natural.
Funny how MD has changed since then.
