Smoking weed leads to other things that may not be advantagious to your health. I have given an example below.
you can use weed to help you diet though too
because it can make you so damn self concious, a good thing to do is to take an md or another musclemag and go stand in front of a mirror with your shirt off and hit the poses you see the pro's hitting... this will make you stay FARRRRR away from junk food and anything that isnt 100% bodybuilding grade nutrient filled food
also a great way to get motivated for cardio
at least, i have done this before and it certainly works for me
