This reminds me of my hatred for the expressions "gotta get that paper", "make that green", "Benjamins" and "dead presidents"

"Duh" and "hellooooo?" are also very annoying, as is the "aLt cApS" method of writing, the removal of vowels (maybe from the days of keeping text messages short) and the use of the word "imma".

Voice tone also plays a big role. You can hear a lot of young people today having this rude, vulgar and aggressive tone, trying to emulate the trash they see and hear on tv.

I blame those Kardashians.

The Hierarchy was pushing that kind of talk in the 80's in the Valley California...They made a movie out of it in the hopes that teenage girls would start talking like that and get further away from proper English...
