I remember talking with Keith about Sly's height a few years back. Supposedly, based on the feedback from people in the know (Keith & various other people who have met him in this industry) Stallone is about 5'6 when wearing no shoes.
In her tell-all book, Janice Dickenson talks about both Stallone's height and penis in detail and she mentioned very clearly how both his short height and penis length were huge issues for him. If I'm not mistaken, she said his penis looked like a gerbil.

Right. Now take into account that he was probably wearing his lifts while you were around and you have to figure anywhere around 2-3 inches were being provided.
