I am convinced Walmart at 2:00 am is where all the refuse of the world congregate. I was there at that ungodly hour once and after making my purchase attempted to just leave. Attempted. The guy who was cleaning the floor blocked the lane with the floor buffer, literally lurched over to me, leaned in and made an odd hissing noise while pointing wildly towards the front entrance, looked at me like he wanted a response, so I just nodded and he went along his merry creepy way. The lady behind me had bought a toaster, because she apparently couldn't wait until daylight to have her Choco-Fudgy Yum Yums. Then, to cap it all off, there was a guy walking around the store, just licking his hand and then touching things with it. Freaky.

Don't keep that close of track but back when I was close to two bills I was in that same ball park but then again I am medium tall. I honestly like being bigger but in no way am I "contest" shape. I spent too many years working to get bigger and no incentive at this stage of my life to go back. Glad your happy with you but not really in a mood today for a serious back and forth about how great of shape your in, I am sure your fantastic I was just poking what you wrote.

Haha, funny this comes up, last year at the Ironman was kinda analyzing the crowd at both the bodybuilding part and the strongman part of the shows and came to this conclusion.......
The crowd in the bodybuilding show pretty much resembled what you listed in #5 with a "Queer eye for the Straight Guy" spin to it. The powerlifting/strongman crowd resembled more of a "Bodybuilders are fags" and leave me alone or "I'll bury your pretty boy ass with 400lb stone" while drinking my grog type of attitude!

I've told you all a million times why I won't put a picture on here. It will be fark city on the picture and you all will send it straight to gay sites. I'm a really good looking guy on top of being in very good shape all year and I'm not going to flood the net with my pic involunarily. It's pretty simple.
I've invited ANY OF YOU to workout with me if you are remotely close to where I live and no one took me up on that. I told Alex I'd do ANY SHOW HE CHOOSES TO DO...ANY SHOW...in the same weight class as him. I'll go UP in weight for the contest if necessary to be in the same weight class and STILL OUTPLACE HIM. Never finished below third in any contest in any class at any leve, Pumpher. I'm more of a "fitness guy" to begin with (i.e. I'm in shape ALL YEAR), which just pisses guys like Alex off even more. I get a LOT of jealousy from the lardasses and water-holding pink juicers at local gyms. A guy with lines and size year round just doesn't make sense to them...it simply can't be.
Jealousy is a BITCH sometimes. Trust me, looking like I do is a curse in a lot of ways. Dealing with jealous, lazy-ass wannabes (like Alex) is annoying.

Alex in all fairness you are very thick and do carry a large amnt of muscle mass... BUT.... if you were to diet down to a TRUE 6% BF , you DO realize that you would lose some muscle and would be ALOT smaller. I would guess you would end up losing about 70-60 lbs. YOu are easily 20-22% BF now.

Shawn Ray placed second (should've won) the Olympia at 210 lbs 6%bf and he's 5'6''... even if this EgoCrusher dude is 5'8'' to 5'10'' he'd still look amazing, being only about 20 lbs short of the average second tier pro (230 at 5'9'')... even if Egocrusher is 6'2'' he's still only 20 lbs of muscle short of Arnold's 1975 condition... so what's the problem with posting a pic??
I'm 220 lbs of fat at 5'5'', Michael Bolton haircut (balding but long at the back), spend my spare time chasing monsters and treasure hunting and my pic is posted.
Secondly, if this guy competes regularly... as he claims, then his pic is most probably already on the web... and if he's so good looking... then the photos taken at the contest are probably already on at least a couple of gay sites and/or gay forums.

I'm still laughing about a guy planning on doing a show at 10+% bodyfat. It's worth it to do the show just to LAUGH at there sheer STUPIDITY of someone who'd get on stage that out of shape. I know Alex probably wasn't a math major (of any kind) at whatever community college he went to, but if he were to get his bodyfat percentage measured right now and were to figure out how much LEAN MASS he's carrying, he'd be able to deduct that he will have to drop to between 180-185 (after dropping water) to get below 5% bodyfat...

You have no idea how brutal it is going to be to get in contest shape(a true 4-5%) and the size your going to lose along the way ( reguardless of how uch gear u take).
You are VERY thick and look to have a SOLID base of muscle mass... BUT you are also very fat. Alex I would be surprised if you are over 210 at a true 4% bf ( assuming you can even get that lean).
