Now if u followed up with the "Adonis" principles right from the time the top picture was taken, then I may give your "principles" a bit more credit. But it appears to me that you only used the "principles" to cut up after u apparently went upto 40% BF (Bullshit). Who knows how much you would have retained/lost otherwise? And how do we know how much muscle you gained in the bulking cycle to begin with?

Good solid gains man.  Quality muscle, some may say 4lbs is nothing, but they know nothing.  I know you are a natty.  I can gain 4lbs on the gas by eating Mcdonalds, but it doesn't look like that.
