unreal ..good old fashioned anabolics there ,pure grade..i liked zanes early look ripped not dried to bone later look which by then was becoming envouge he ushered it in extreme dryness..looked great either way imo..

not just his look...his Zen of Bodybuilding. Steve you know as i do Frank was a master poser but i was always impressed with his mental Approach to Bodybuilding.

dave's life is pretty much an open book, see the ae special on his life it's on youtube.com. i think it might be under true hollywood stories.
