Nasser vs Ronnie (offseason)

First off I wanna say I'm a Nasser fan as well as Ronnie's

That being said : WTF is going on with Nasser ?? he is weak!





Both off season and Ronnie is absolutely owning his ass

I watched nasser training both off and pre contest and he struck me as really weak for the amounts of gear he took as well for his level of functionality ...

Any other oppinions ? ( not hating....just stating the obvious )

I'm not bashing on Nasser as I am a fan

It's just that he was trying to do shoulder presses with dumbells he was not even able to controll let alone press

love metro.  24fit i'm at is BS!  still think ronnie should have focused on detail his last 2-3 yrs.  would have defiinitely skipped the injuries, and might have still been mro.

The injury was from 1998, it just progressed...

i watched that nasser dvd, to his deference, he did the shoulder routine immediately after his chest workout...

Is not that obvious ...judging by those clips ,maybe
Nasser had 10 plus years of VERY heavy trainning before those clips took place.
