Honestly if you've never seen anything that resembles proof it just means you don't come here enough. There's tons of similarities between these two guys if you look around a bit you'll find them.

I've been around here for years and am well aware of the rumors. Name 1 similarity..Do you really think a guy with the genetics of a Dennis james (or any other top pro for that matter)would go around saying the maximum weight for a 5'9 guy(natural) lean is 160. Dennis probably weighed that at 15.

Lots of similarities, too many to pick just one and I don't care about convincing you. BTW, he says 160-170 for a guy 5'9 at TRUE 4% not some bullshit caliper that says 4% when the guy is barely under 10%... which imo is pretty much spot-on.
