I have actully been on a big yogurt kick lately. Ive been eating it at least 3 times a day i like the same brand but ive been buying the one that has the carmelized almonds, i love it. I also like the chobani coconut flavor with the dark chocolate and almond chips.

My mother introduced me to Greek yogurt recently. Very good.

The cafeteria where I work sells big cups of yogurt parfait with granola and whole strawberries for the rare times I get tired of peanut butter sandwiches.

Oh bro, don't go there....PB and Jam sandwiches  :'(

They don't marry well with a 50-80g carb diet lol.

Try plain PB on Weight Watchers bread. Works for me.

They put fish and fish scales in a bunch of stuff.  One use is as a thickening agent.

Look at the Chobani plain nothing added yogurt... That stuff is REAL yogurt.

Exactly.  Always check your labels.  Everyone hopping on the Greek yogurt bandwagon these days.  So many of them shoudn't even be allowed to call themselves yogurt  >:(

FAGE and Chobani for sure the real deal.

Another thing to try is labneh.  It's the Lebanese version of Greek yogurt.  They sometimes call it labneh cheese if the whey is drained out to the point of it being like cream cheese (which would happen to any yogurt if strained enough).

Yep, apparently so, as a "gelatin".  It's got something to do with the vegan thing or Kosher thing, or both  :-\

Exactly, i'm sick of the number of fatties in my office who are now eating greek 'yogurt' as if it was invented yesterday? Oh well, they'll be back to eating an entire pint of Hagen Daaz a day when the fad is over  :-X

This is one of my favorites too. The other day I found Greek yogurt with honey and lemon. It was great. I also found Greek yogurt with coconut. This was pretty amazing stuff, but expensive.

I have only ever eaten greek yogurt.  I just add fresh fruit like berries and a little honey.

Go for the plain (less additives) and just add your own stuff like berries, honey, few drops of REAL vanilla, peanut butter, dried fruit, homemade granola, ...

Good idea, but more work. Yogurt is like the quick fix meal. If I have to start concocting something to make it tastier, I might as well fix something else.
