all those oils he shot in his arms.. deterioted the muscle... and yes they all shoot oil, he had good arms but made them better with oil. i know back in 2006 alot of the dallas boys would shoot stuff called "medicine" into the muscles. made them have flu and swell the muscle up... not synthol

How come when guys get older they a lose their tri's?
And I'm surprised and am disappointed at no. "Still wider than Heath" comments.

They really lose the long head of the triceps because they don't do much overhead movements anymore that really hit the long head. They keep the lateral head because we use it a lot as we get older to transfer from sit to stand.

No, how about a torn tricep muscle is the reason for the deterioration.
Oil in his arms, the man didn't need oil, and his arms, particular his triceps never changed size---meaning getting bigger with oil. His medial head was more prominant than the long and lateral heads. This is what Levrone and Flex, and Badell tried to exploit in tricep comparisons.
I'd wager to say that Ronnie has been in the 21 inch club yrs before he became Mr. O.
There is no need for "medicine", in fact during The Unbelievable he didn't even really hit his arms that much.
