Im in the best shape of my life right now.  Even the two Green Berets who led my GRC this weekend said to me at least twice that for a guy my size muscle wise - my cardio and stamina is off the hook

Sorry to hear man about your friend. Was you in Afghanistan I was on a plane once. I hear this military guy talking he was in Iraq and Afghanistan he said Afghanistan was much worse due to the mountains and caves.
it really depended on what time frame we are talking about....i was in ramadi when shit got heavy there...worse than anything i ever encountered in astan...but the same could be said for astan vs iraq on a different time frame..

Sorry to hear bro. Are you still around the Mexican border? We are lucky we got Saddam out. And on today 9/11 3000 are so lost there lives. Now I respect all people no matter the color if people are good people then they are if they show me they are not then respect goes out.

I just was having my car worked on this dude said he would do it on the side and wanted to borrow money. I let him have some money dude says he will pay me back in a week. Then he calls says it will be the next week. I cussed his out out on top of paying him for car repairs stuff like that pisses me off.

I saw a pic og myself at the beach topless and was horrified.  I'm sitting at about 193-196 and feel amazing.

When you are ready to get in shape and fit - pm me - no grudges held.  I remember what it was like to be fat and overweight.  It sucked!   ;)  ;)

You kicked ass, brother! I'm sure Benny is proud!!

My best friend just returned from deployment in Kyrgyzstan. He got me into serious lifting years ago.  He plans to enter a few more shows within the next year. I'm not one for standing in front of other people and posing in panties, but I'm looking forward to training with him once again!

I have enough strength for the events I do - need to work on endurance.   Focusing on my weak points.
