Yohimburn works okay.

For a cheap quick fix, use preparation h, cooling gel (or any generic brand).  It has topical diuretic which will release the trapped water.  I always bring it on vacation with me.

The best was a product released by Patrick Arnold under his Giant Nutrition brand a few years ago.  It was a spray topical fat loss aid.  I forget the name, and it looks like they no longer have a web site.  Oh well, it was like $40/bottle anyways.

 I understand your inquiry. It's not your nips in question. Your chest looks more shapely when you're cold or got the goosebumps going. That's just situational.

The cheapest solution is jump in the water.  Another thing you can do is rub suntan lotion on your chest before you go for a beach walk.  Rub hard!

lot of competitive bbers will use preparation H right before tanning.  Somehow this accelerates the water loss.

no doubt Preparation H works short term like if you want to go on the beach and stuff.  Just put it on and make sure it sits their for a while to soak it up.  Then rub it in.  In the long term NW you might want to see Dr Blau and have the fat sucked out of under your nipples area so you feel more comfortable with you appearance without a shirt on.

If you use the cooling gel, it has a slight menthol smell. No one will notice.

hello friends

today i bought the prep h
i got the cooling gel w/ the vitamin e and i think aloe..not sure about aloe

well i got in my car and decided to do a test...i rubbed and massaged my left nipple area very hard...the nipple got hard quick but that was from my nipple pinching and rubbing...but the cool thing is that my nipple stayed hard...its like the whole nipple area got real smaller and it stayed hard for a solid 20 mins i would say...my nipple isnt hard anymore as i type this but it looks better than it did before 8)

my plan is to use it minutes before i need to unveil 8) 8) 8) 8)
