Here is the thing. I have a modified Cray II supercomputer that I got for only 100 K from a former NSA friend of mine from the time my family had connections to MI-6 - spying on Arab sheiks that frequent my father's cassino -, that runs at 100 gigabytes per second, and yet I still take several seconds to open a page on Getbig. I can download a 2 hours film in about three tenths of a second, and yet I can't navegate Getbig efficiently. Ron, fix this. Seriously. I don't want to waste all my day waiting for the pages on Getbig to open.

Nope. I have my own satellite channel. I dish out about 20 K a month for it. I can download a 2 hour movie in a third of a second. And yet, Getbig is slow. What does this mean? That the problem is lack of board bandwidth.

I was speaking with a fellow last night about Internet service providers. He uses Clear Choice wireless G4 and swears by it http://www.clearwirelessinternet4g.com/ (http://www.clearwirelessinternet4g.com/). Anybody have any experience with this? I am tired of paying Comcast prices for an inferior high speed Internet connection which is frequently not so high speed at all.

I can't acces getbig normally from the computer and laptop I always use.
It's like the site it's down, in fact the whole saturday I thought GB was down until I did a search on google and I found a site that checks if a website is working, and when I typed getbig.com the results were that this website was online.
I can't see GB with Chrome and Mozilla. IE is uninstalled so I don't know if I could but I don't it would work.
Right now I'm using a proxy or something like that, I don't understand that pretty well. But it's way slower and has some restrictions. I just want a normal surfing experience when I'm reading GB. Is that too much to ask? :'( ;D

Wasnt down for me, but it has been down for me before for like 5 days and everybody else seemed to get in, I think its certain browsers at certain times not getting in, working fine with Chrome, but with Firefox at times couldnt get in for days when my phone would log in fine.

the reson you couldnt do it is becaue gh15 acount was hacked into ,, pms included,, they blocked few regions in americana for entrance to getbig,, who did it? they know who they are,, they just forgot gh15 work on proxys and mini computers like alwyas stated,, thats why while all of you ghot fucked gh15 was loged on and postings,, they tested the water,, they wanted to see if gh15 was one fella or more,, they coudnt find a thing as i always say inorder to find gh15 you have to pull the fella from behind computer while operating it in real live time,, this is only way to do anythning now day and for this! you need real legit crime : ) and since i knwo the law very well lol i can garentee you that gh15 is as far from criminal as the sun is far from planet earth,, while others.... on here....are quite the oposite

No Idea, maybe it was Ron! I dont know - it is normally a privilege set aside for the webmaster, but the fact is the site was up for the rest of the world but me, and as my connection is rock stable, and the fact i received a 401 error means someone has blocked me, i dont usually surf through a proxy, but I am happy to do it when Websites block access to your ip.

Maybe, It seems like most stuff here is pretty fun and light hearted, but Getbig Posters are attempting to solve the worlds problems and geeeeez! ya get some pretty full on debates raging! I think there is a heap of underlying unconscious hostility here at Getbig, it is almost palpable - it's like a prison environment - Getbig definitely need a few more broads floating around - if getbig ever becomes a virtual World it is going to be a Sausage Festival - if there were more women, the men might settle down a bit, but when the girls aren't around it's anything goes, men behave differently when there is a good ratio of men to women, if the hen house is full of Cocks - well - the hen house is full of cocks! ;D

There are a few ways, the easiest and least technical way for the casual proxy user is too Use Mozilla Firefox Browser and use one of the many addons you can download - Install and add to your Firefox browser and then you can surf anonymously

Anyone else having problems connecting to getbig today? One minute the site works fine the next it can't even be found.
I haven't been able to connect for more than a week, I am in OZ, I am only posting here as I have connected through a proxy - Ron PM'ed me, I gave him my IP Address, the site appears to be down for a range of IP addresses, I am sure it will be sorted soon

Geeksquad sucks all they do is send your computer off to be wiped clean and you pay mega bucks and shipping. I have a computer business I know. I could fix the mofo have it back to you in one day.

It occurs - shit happens. I just spent quite a bit more money to move to a much more powerful server with a lot of RAM, so hopefully, this will solve some issues. So far so good, but as I have learned, expect the unexpected.
