Really need to amp up my metabolism - going to take some Bronkaid and Caffeine m- any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I used to do 3 bronkaid a day, 3 caffeine, 3 baby aspirin.

200mg caffeine+25mg ephedrine, 3 times a day+ low carbs= lean face, no doubt.

results seem to creep up on you, doing 75mg of ephedrina, 600mg of caffeina, and 3 baby aspirinas.
Don't know about you guys but this stack gives me massive lethargy, probably the only let down with this stack.

Update: Ok I just started with one dose daily of 25/200 will wait 5 to 7 days then add a second dose-I have anxiety issues so im being cautious- so far I feel great - more energy and much more focused - I have ADHD so thats a bonus for me.

Same here.
I have always had some type of anxiety in my life and ECA stack seems to make it much worse.
Just 25mg of Eph is enough to put me on edge.
Ever since i found T3 i haven't even bothered using anything else for fatloss.
Nothing wrong with using ECA in cycles, it is quite effective IMO, just not for me.

i fuckin love ECA!
ECA and T3 is my fav for cutting down.
I remember when I was natty and cut down, it took me like 3 months of very hard dieting and starving and hard cardio to get shredded.
ECA and T3 cut that time in half in my recent cutting phase, and i did little cardio and had 2 cheat days per week.
I would never cut without ECA.

Ok so after a week of B/C I am adding the second dose as of yesterday- even with the one dose the focus/energy and appetite suppressant effect is great and i feel harder- if I had T3 i would definitelty add it.
Since I have anxiety issues i am watching everything closely and so far yes a little edgy but tolerable.

pretty good, better then the fat burners supplament companies sell you. Don't over do it on the caffine. I did that once (didn't even know I was doing it) and I litterly felt like I was going to die. First week is awesome, but then your body gets used to the high energy feel fast.

No I feel muscles are harder - I know they are but dont know if its the BC or not.

as they both have mild diretic effects it prolly could to an extent

i love the juice and i love the juice + eca even more. when you run just juice, juice is very forgiving when you fuck up your diet. when you run eca and juice, it becomes even more forgiving when you fuck up the diet from my experience. I am currently on a few weeks break of the "bber" diet and hard trainin and eating at least 1 junk meal every day ....and i have barely gained any fat, if any

Update: Ran it for 2 1/2 weeks and got bad anxiety so taking a rest for 2 weeks and trying again. Definitely want some T3 to add to this.

When i stack caffeine with efedra is interrupt my workout, I sweat like there is not tomorrow, so i prefer just efedra by itself.

i been doing the bronkaid thing for a while used to just it once in a while for energry rush
but taking it as a fat burner lately here what i come to
its amazing product but my mouth gets so damn dry on it, does this happen to anyone else?
and if i take 2 at a time with 400mg of caffeine i only crash and get massive lethargy
i noticed no lethargy only clean energy and massive dry throat when i use 25mg with 200-400 mg a caffeine daily

Whats a mid range dose of Eph and caffiene?
Probably have to get it in the form of chesteze in the uk until i can get some proper ephedrine.

Ran EC stack plenty of time along with a cycle of clen once
Currently on 25mg of E and 200mg C 3xday for the last month,Just now took my first dose of T3 at 50mch how does this combo work?How long till i feel the t3 kicking in

I love eca. The best for me is when I've cycled off if for a while and start up again; that first week back on I zero appetite and get a nice euphoric buzz. Unfortunately that 'high' goes away mid second week.

Isn't anyone worried about possible side effects, especially to the heart? For prolonged use, as in daily for months, it can't be good for you.

how about the 25mg epdhedrine with 100 mg caffeine-I can handle that-the full dose of cafeine is what i cant handle unless its before training-I sit at work shaking lol

your body adjusts to caffeine too, try taking it b4 training. If not, have the ephedrine with a cup of coffee, that only has 80 mg of caffeine if I'm correct

If buy no2 you mean, no xplode or superpump etc sure, but it counteracts your arguments about caffeine since that's pretty high in it. pre workout you can't beat the EC stack though. If I were you, I'd rather just pop another ephedrine pill, better fat loss properties.

Yes as I take jack3d. I just meant I can't handle more than 100 mg of caffeine unless it's pre workout. Otherwise I can handle 300! Lol
