I had that same surgery, tore the right bicep tendon off the bone at the elbow/ulna-that surgery was a motherfuc.ker.
Plus you are so filled up with drugs after surgery you can't take a piss, and your fucking bladder feels like it is going to explode. Most painful shit ever.
