frozen chicken? that much worse than non frozen?

hi everyone! just wondering how much worse (sodium) frozen chicken in a bag is than buying packs of chicken non frozen?

obviously frozen chicken is a heck of alot cheaper. wondering if the cost difference is that beneficial if the frozen chicken is waaay worse with it' sodium and other stuff in it to keep fresh in a bag?

Are you getting that close to a show that you would be restriction sodium already?

Buy the cheap stuff, give it a try. If you like it and it's saving you $$$$, then that's all that matters.. right?
