But what about those of us that have no interest in competing yet want to walk around looking transformed....190lb at 6%-9% BF.  

You should take on one more person that just want to transform yet has zero interests in competing.

someone like Wiggs/QuakerOats/Decide/JaJona would be great for that

depend ,, most fellaa with solid foundation ,, 30 days lol,, it all depnd on product and ofcourse dose and consistancy with training ,, diet mater but to much lesser degree if what i tell you is in your blood,, stil before competition diet matr!
