Then they continue the lifestyle of booze and eating, but don't work out, and get sloppy in late 20's. Then some have an epiphany and in early 30's/late 20's start working out and getting in great shape. A chick in her 30-40's that works out, from what I've seen, looks better than a young chick who works out.
