Has anyone here actually tried to drink a gallon of milk a day? I tried to drink 1 litre a day during my perma bulking days but soon quit since I ended up getting the shits.
The gallon of milk per day is the worst advice in bodybuilding history. The man who first popularized it here the States was Joe Hise, a strong squatter of the pre WWII days, it worked for him, but he was not interested in much else other than adding bulk and moving more weight. I, too, have tried it, and could not handle the bloat after a few weeks.
