I am so tired of seeing that fat fuck's articles saying that EVERYBODY needs to back squat A2G. He leaves no room for injury or other things. I want to (to quoth BigMC) "push his eyeballs back into his head" every time I see his shit.

I would love to be a big squatter. Absolutely love to, but 30 years of doing it poorly has left me in a bad way.

Every time I see an article on one of my feeds go by with his name on it, I click on it out of morbid fascination. He has exactly one topic: everybody must squat, and he beats that drum religiously. IMO to say that "everybody" needs to do this or that is just plain stupid. I've seen guys build very good legs without ever squatting...there are guys with great arms who rarely train them.

For me, squats/walking lunges/dead lifts (mostly straight legged) work better than other exercises but I'm not foolish enough to think my methods work best for everyone else...

Has anyone here actually tried to drink a gallon of milk a day? I tried to drink 1 litre a day during my perma bulking days but soon quit since I ended up getting the shits.

The gallon of milk per day is the worst advice in bodybuilding history. The man who first popularized it here the States was Joe Hise, a strong squatter of the pre WWII days, it worked for him, but he was not interested in much else other than adding bulk and moving more weight.
