Just a preference, but I'd try for this look if I were a bodybuilder...

(A swimmer? I'll take it. Better to swim, than to float around like a whale. (The modern "bloated drug pig" look).

I say this as I'm eating a huge dish of Ziti and turkey meatballs  ::)

For everyday/walking around on the beach Milos at his best was pretty good..

Milos had a tremendous physique with the exception of the broomhandles attached to his shoulders.

According to Ric Drasin he took Test, D-bol (a lot), and Primobolin

I bet you he got some of that good german shit they were using in the Olympics straight from the lab.  Probably gave him a huge advantage over the American bodybuilders.

I have researched this topic for a while and Muscular Development had a great article on Arnold’s presumptive stack in the April 2011 issue. The theme of the article was that more is not better for today's pros.

The presumptive cycle looked as follows:

Weeks 1-5 600mg/wk of Primobolan Enanthate and D-Bol @ 60mg/day
Weeks 6-10 800mg/wk of Primobolan Enanthate and D-Bol @ 80mg/day
Weeks 11-14 1,000mg/wk of Primobolan Enanthate and D-Bol @ 100mg/day
Weeks 15-17 800mg/wk of Primobolan Enanthate and D-Bol @ 80mg/day
Weeks 18-20 600mg/wk of Primobolan Enanthate and D-Bol @ 60mg/day
BRIDGE
Weeks 21-26 D-Bol @30mg/day and Deca-Durabolin @ 200mg/wk
After week 26, start week 1 again.

Notice no PCT or Aromatase inhibitor (AI).

The bridge was not enough to restore natural production, so who knows how messed up he got afterwards with his pecker. But, he must have been on some good test to get that ugly ass maid knocked up.

Also, note that the ratios during cycle are constant….this could have minimized the effects of gyno.

Epic shot. Arnold's cover of, Arnold; the Education of a Bodybuilder.  Also one of the first bodybuilding pics to be morphed/stretched.   Awesome pic but not quite the truth.

Actually 1977 was the first printing. I know this because in the 7th grade I came home from school and that book was on the coffee table....I started working out that day.

Arnold is King

Agreed Arnold is King.   But I knew I couldn't get that big....so my ideal goal was the Bob Paris look:

Yep. Artie Zeller took the shot. Artie was in Gold's Venice frequently in the early and mid 90's.  I asked him very directly, in a friendly manner about that cover shot. Artie shot literally 1,000's of pics of Arnold at Muscle Rock- the location of that cover pic, off Mulholland Drive in the Santa Monica Mountains. That cover image is unique out of those pics. His right bicep and pec thickness is what I questioned.  Artie smiled his little smile and said, ". . . Hell of a picture don't you think. . ."

That proves nothing of course. Arnold's right bicep height and fullness and his pec thickness is what tells me the pic was morphed/stretched. I have no real proof. I just can't find a single other Arnold picture where his right bicep is that insane.

I believe that Benfatto did some masters shows a few years back. Still very impressive.
