The absolute best tasting protein when mixed with water is anything from Extreme Labs.  It is the only protein that I absoutely enjoy in water.  There are others that are ok, but nothing compares to just how damn good the protein is from Extreme Labs.

I still prefer ON’s Pro-Complex Rocky Road.
It’s smooth, creamy, and doesn’t have that artificial sweetener taste that the plain chocolate has.

Supposedly, Costello now has a “natural” line of powders, but I haven’t tried any of them yet.

Yep - I got a samle sachet of this recently and it was very nice.

For cost efffectiveness though I currently use smooth chocolate flavour whey protein isolate from Myprotein.co.uk. I only have to mix 50g of it with 200ml of water and I can down it in one - only takes a few seconds out of my day. Good stuff.
