BFG pm questions answered

- accurate. most pros use a cocktail of diuretics to pull out water. to come in completely hard water needs to be attacked from all angles - 1) hormonal water retention, solution: eradicate estrogen completely, 2) water retention from slin/carb bloat, solution: increase intake and quantity of diuretics as well as dosage of "hardening" androgens, 3) naturally occurring subcutaneous water, solution: diuretics. Diuretic use is one of the most straight forward aspects of bodybuilding, honestly.

- cope with muscle cramps effectively? when you are dehydrated, injecting a pharmacy, and at near death levels of bodyfat cramps are just going to happen..muscle relaxants are pretty popular, but they have side effects just like anything else.

- lots of myths surrounding iv bags. dorian experimented with a gh drip in his sleep. so have a few other guys, but its not some hidden secret, just another strategy some guys try out. plenty of iv's backstage and in the hotel rooms pre contest.

thank you for these answers.
Can you give an example of a diuretic protocl to deal with the problems you outlined?

What did you learn here Willl? Seriously.

Why do you want a diuretic protocol? There ain't no best diuretic protocol and obviously the protocol can/will change depending on the situation, depending on how the athlete is looking. One popular pro trainer for example stacked Aldactone with a little Bumex the last couple days with one high profile profile pro, IIRC. Was the athlete the hardest one on stage? No, but he looked very good. The athletes aren't looking any harder than years past so if there's anything new or cutting edge it's not working.

Quinine Sulphate tablets have been popular against cramps.
