I love his videos. It's made to be very interesting in that it shows what life is like for a pro bodybuilder and how different things are when you're 300 pounds of solid muscle.

Nice trailer. Looks like a good DVD! Better than the usual training video. Seems like there's some real-life stuff in there.

I already liked Ruhls first DVD. Much better and more entertaining than hours of boring uncommented workouts like the Mits DVDs... ::)

That goes a long way to help make an entertaining DVD. As much as I respect their physical accomplishments, Cutler and Coleman are seriously lacking in the personality department. Maybe that's why they became BBs in the first place!

Looks like an awesome dvd. Ruhl seems to have a great sense of humor. Maybe Jay should take note and actually talk in his next dvd. Ruhl always seems to come up with cool things to film, like him in the supermarket and trying on clothes and shit. Better than just watching a pro bb in a gym and eating chicken for 4 hours.
