I'd say, If anyone mae any type of sexual complaint more than three years after such occurance, that complaint should not be heard within a court of law.

Others around my neighborhood feel that such a complaint should be made immrdiately to the proper authorities.

There is no way to disprove an accusation from 30 years ago.  For that reason alone this should be thrown out of any court that it eventually gets to.

The problem is, the accusation alone is enough to destroy the reputation of a man and turn him into a pariah for the rest of his life.
