I love reading criticisms of off season training videos as if he is supposed to walk around in contest condition all year long. Yeah, the kid may be carrying fat and look bloofy, but let's not be quick to judge until we see him on stage again.

When he came out in the Arnold Amateur last year, everyone had the same "WTF?!" reaction.

I have chosen to hit the weights instead of going out tonight. Is that normal? After a long fuck/shit week at work it seems more relieving to have a good workout Friday, get out all the BS and do the normal going out crap Saturday. Anyone else do this?
