The new Dennis James ...looks good now but come contest time he will flatten out quicker than pancake batter on a hot stove ..

looks very good compared to last few showings,,chest could use some thickness but he did tear pec ,otherwise very full and thick across arms and delts,looks like he went back to some good ole heavy training,it shows he looks much thicker,legs are hard and have good overall shape,i think size wise they never were strong point but at least there seperated ,,top 10 probable..at least he tries to come back after a bad showing,maybe he has had distractions in dialing in top form.

At least he looks as if he dieted for the contest this time...his first two shows I think it was, he showed up in shape that would make people paying for a guest posing mad.

Thick front delts and arms when relaxed, GREAT midsection and taper. Needs legs.
