Seems like he failed. I have only seen one guy pull off the headbutt in my entire life. Picture perfect walk off knockout.

Most guys including this guy are just wasting their time and never had the makings of a skull smasher

Too bad, it seems the UK could use more coos like him. The other guy was the aggressor, clearly stating he was going to fight him. Knowing UK laws, they probably  charged the cop with a hate crime.
