What would be considered a good alternative to DECA if you are sure it will cause you to have gyno flare ups?

I've only taken one cycle of cyp but have used prohormones in the past that gave me tiny flare ups that went away and had a case of it that developed in highschool and was told recently that deca is notorious for putting on the gyno if you have a genetic predisposition for it.

EQ appears to be a good choice and continues to pop up alot lately in the discussions I've read. It's got to be so popular for a reason. Is there a minimal dose recommended to take? Say I took 400mg of test cyp and 200mg of EQ a week for 10 weeks, would that be considered a good second cycle? Should the dose be higher? I've taken upwards of 500mg of cyp per week but have never stacked it with anything before. So because I would add EQ into the equation, could the amount of test per dose come down a little?

I concur...

you will only know what to expect by doing the cycle...if your diet is in check you should gain some nice lean muscle mass.

Yeah I like it too, but would go 16 weeks long.  That is a very low side affect cycle to most, some may have some reactions....never know until you try.

There is no true alternative to Deca, at least nothing as good with the same benefits.

EQ is a poor substitute because you have to take more of it for any anabolic effect and it doesn't provide any joint relief, either.

You'd have to run about double the amount of EQ as you would Deca for similiar effect.......and even then it's not as good.

Deca is just better......
