Because he has lumped out many people in his day and he would not hesitate to do so in a heartbeat. Back in 1988 he ripped out wrestler Terry Barr's eyeball out. He has also layed out 4 cops once who tried to escort him out of a bar.

I used to know Scott Vick who was Sick boy in WCW and later WWE.  I guess he was a pretty tough guy and didn't back down from much.

We got on the subject of tough wrestlers one time and his exact words were, "I never back down from a fight but if Meng came at me I WOULD RUN, and I know I am faster than him".

I asked him to elaborate and he said "just because".

I reckon most thought that way according to him.
