Regarding Anthony Gross, the third person in the case, who allegedly helped torch the Jaguar. Anthony, who is only 23 years old, went to court and received a very small bail amount, only $13,000, $10,000 for count 2, and $3,000 for count 3. On charges of accessory to murder and third degree arson. The judge, Joe M. Bonaventure told Anthony that if he posts bail, he will stay at home at all times, until April 6, 2006, when a preliminary hearing is due. Anthony Gross' lawyer is Michael Sanft.
